My approach as an Executive and Leadership Development Coach
I am a creator. I love working with an idea or dream and making it real. This is the second company I have founded. I see myself as building bridges that support clients in developing their dreams by helping to take them from where they currently are, to where they want to be and what they want to create.
I’m very passionate about the process of how and why we learn, unlearn and create. In my coaching, I utilize a deep and diverse set of experiences and skills, developed through over 25 years of designing creative experiences where participants engage in powerful experiential learning, unlearning and relearning.
I work from an empathy-based approach, which means that I’m on your side. My approach is to speak candidly and openly; with compassion and without judgement.
Intersectional, feminist, queer and power analysis frameworks are embedded in my work, which allows me to insightfully examine power dynamics on individual, interpersonal, organizational and system levels in my coaching practice.

I believe that when people feel respected, cared for and that their contributions are valued, they find tremendous meaning in what they do, and are happier in their life and work. In pursuit of this, I’d like to help others make positive changes – to themselves and their organizations – to create what they want to create, in alignment with their core essence and values.
My name is Ishwar Persad. I provide Executive Coaching to CEOs, founders, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and executives of startups and businesses ready to scale and grow. My goal is to support clients to manifest their dreams and aspirations and build a positive legacy. I provide Executive Coaching and Leadership Development Coaching, as well as Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Health Equity Coaching on a 1-on-1 and group basis in Toronto and virtually across North America.
As an Executive and Leadership coach, I partner with CEOs, founders, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and executives in private and public sector companies who are interested in carving a new path and want to change their status quo through radical stretch goals. I guide them through trying alternative and possibly unfamiliar ways of being, thinking and doing, where success may require personal or organizational transformation.

Though we may tackle tough topics, we can still have fun as we work to think outside the box and explore big aspirations.
