Sprint Programs and Customized Training with Coaching
As an Executive and Leadership Development Coach and Diversity Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Health Equity, I can assist you in designing, developing and facilitating your Leadership development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership training for your executive team or other staff. In collaboration with you, I’ll create and facilitate a curriculum for a workshop that’s experiential, interactive and engaging for your staff and leaders. I provide professional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Health Equity, Diversity Management and Inclusive Leadership trainings locally in Toronto, and virtually across North America.
Sprint Programs
I enjoy research, curriculum development and facilitation, and I love synthesizing what I’ve learned to share with others. Sprint programs are short, 12-week group coaching programs that I can create and lead for your group, based on your topic requests as well as topics that I’m interested in diving deeper into. I’ve developed and regularly run Sprint programs throughout the year for solopreneurs, entrepreneurs and startup founders looking to start or take their businesses to the next level. I also create programs for new and experienced executives.

Why work with me as an Executive and Leadership Development Coach and Diversity Consultant for your training?
I go beyond simply increasing awareness and knowledge of issues. I look for ways to creatively deepen and embed Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management and Inclusive Leadership concepts, principles and practices. As a result, participants can more readily create meaningful and lasting changes in how they work, leading to a more equitable and inclusive workplace and offering of services.
Customized workshops are designed to be fun and highly experiential, which can lead to powerful experiences and transformative learning for participants. I strive to use creative and innovative facilitation methods to involve participants in their own learning, unlearning and relearning.
I use an intersectional and power analysis to examine Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership dynamics on organizational and systemic levels.
To ensure we have training that targets your specific needs, we’ll work together to clarify your Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership learning objectives and goals using a needs assessment and key informant interviews. Employing adult learning principles, I then design and develop your customized workshop.
I foster provocative and brave conversations while supporting participants to be present and engaged with complex and difficult emotions, and how it impacts their actions or decision-making. Participants explore how their social location, values and beliefs may affect their professional interactions and decision-making processes
Your customized workshop includes 3 months of post-workshop coaching on a bi-weekly basis. Coaching will help participants to think through and apply various Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership concepts, principles and practices from the training into their work.
My compassionate facilitation style builds a quick rapport that encourages participants to work through challenging topics. I meet participants where they’re at, inviting them to keep an open mind. By developing participants’ critical self-reflection skills and compassion for self and others, they’re encouraged to take action to change inequitable or exclusionary policies and practices within their work environment.
What will participants come away with?
Participants are supported to engage in uncomfortable yet brave conversations that help them grapple with the challenging and “messy” feelings that are a necessary part of Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership learning
Some benefits you can expect from Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership Training and coaching are:
Participants develop mindfulness and empathy-based practices so they can use kindness and compassion to reach across differences of experience and social location, while staying committed to making organizational and structural changes
Participants develop critical self-reflection skills, as well as sharpening their creative and strategic thinking to examine departmental or organizational workplace cultures and practices. They’ll also examine ways to reflexively embed Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership principles and practices into their work
Participants develop their ability to incorporate intersectional and power analysis to examine their own specific Leadership Development, DEI, Health Equity, Diversity Management or Inclusive Leadership dynamics when it comes to making departmental and organizational changes
