I have a question. How do I reach you?

Just email me at info@noblequestcoaching.com and I will happily answer any questions!

Who do you work with?

I provide Executive Coaching to CEOs, Executive Directors, Founders, Solopreneurs, Entrepreneurs and Executives of startups and, small and medium size businesses ready to scale and grow.

I support individuals and teams to embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Health Equity principles and practices into their day-to-day work, departments and organizations

Leaders looking for someone with expertise in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Health Equity, I can support you in becoming a more inclusive leader and can assist with your organization-level DEI or Health Equity goals

Individuals who want to clarify, develop and manifest their dreams and aspirations…the ones they’ve postponed time and again…the big ones, that require personal or professional transformation, and that reward with rich meaning, fulfilment and purpose and build a positive legacy.

Individuals or teams that are interested in and committed to creating something new or different. To have a net positive in the world by creating something that adds positive value to the world.

Individuals or teams who have a lot at stake in what they want to create or change, so that they show up powerfully to gain the most value on their investment. If this isn't really important to you, then I'm not interested.

People who are open to imagining something better than they originally thought possible

Individuals and teams that are coachable. You don't have to agree with everything I say. But I need to know that you're open, you're receptive, you're willing to try on ideas, you're willing to be open to feedback

People who resonate with me and we like each other. You have to think it would be fun for us to work together. If we don't like each other and we don't feel comfortable. And we don't think it would be fun to work together, then you should probably find another coach.

Yes, I work with executive and leadership teams as well as teams working on transforming their status quo.

I also support teams to embed Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Health Equity principles and practices into their day-to-day work, departments and organizations.

I am new to working with a coach, what can I expect?

First, I’m not a business coach. If you’re looking for a consultant or coach with specific domain experience in your business, I wouldn’t be the right person for you.

At our 2 hr complimentary coaching session we both get an opportunity to know what it’s like to work together and whether or not it feels like a fit. You get to experience me as a coach first hand and see what value I can offer you.

In our initial 30-minute “meet and greet” we’ll talk about your current situation, which will give us an opportunity to see if we want to work together, and whether we want to schedule a full complimentary coaching session.

This complimentary coaching session has a couple components. One, we dive deeper into your current situation and we do some strategic thinking to address the issues. Then we transition to a conversation about what you would want to create if your current situation is resolved. We step into what I call a “dream conversation.” We talk about your dreams and aspirations. The big things you want to create that you think may be impossible.

If we agree to work together, we begin with the intention of working together for a year (I have several clients that I have worked with for two or three years). We’ll come to an agreement on the fee representing a real commitment from you and fairness to me. You pay in advance for the first three months (I can do monthly payments if needed) and there are no refunds. After three months, we review our work together and either one of us can call it off if we’re not creating value together or don’t think we’re a good fit. If we continue, we agree to work together for at least nine months.

I work on retainer. The standard cadence is twice a month for 2 hours, with virtually unlimited access between sessions and I see most of my clients over Zoom. We’re not on the clock. You can call me or email me anytime, within reason. I usually respond within 24-48 hours. I trust both of us to know what’s reasonable. We do what’s necessary to help you create your vision.

You’re all in. And what I mean by that is, I really believe that you can't separate who you are personally from who you are professionally. And so that means everything is on the table, we can talk about anything that you want to talk about, if I feel like I can’t help you out, I refer you to somebody, but I want you to know that you can bring anything at all, to our conversations.

Your accomplishments and results are dependent on your commitment to experiment, try things out, learn from mistakes, ask for help and support, and follow through with actions. I am not an accountability coach, for whatever reason if you don’t follow through on your agreements, we may explore why that happened so that it becomes a learning opportunity. One agreement I ask you to make is to take notes on your insights and actions during each session. This is one way for you to track your progress in terms of your change in actions, thinking and being. These notes can be as crisp or extensive as you feel is useful for you. It’s important to track what you’re getting from the process. I will create a Google folder for storing notes and other resources.

The best way to know what’s it like to work with me is to have a coaching conversation with me. Contact me to schedule a 30 minute  meet and greet to determine if we ought to schedule a complimentary full coaching session.

I believe that when people feel respected, cared for and that their contributions are valued, they find tremendous meaning in what they do, and are happier in their life and work.

I believe strongly that you can’t separate who you are personally from who you are professionally so you can bring any topic to our coaching session.

I am a creator. I love taking an idea and making it real. I see myself as building bridges that support clients in developing their dreams by helping to take them from where they currently are, to where they want to be and what they want to create.

I work from an empathy-based approach, which means that I’m on your side. My approach is to speak candidly and openly; with compassion and without judgement.

I embed intersectionality, feminist, queer and power analysis frameworks into my work, which allows me to insightfully examine power dynamics on individual, interpersonal, organizational and system levels in my practices.

In our coaching partnership, we’ll address challenging and complex situations with compassion and courage. Rather than shying away from difficult conversations, we’ll strive to be non-judgmental in facing our fears; to be vulnerable and be willing to laugh at ourselves.

I bring a fun, approachable and innovative style to my work as a coaching which helps clients cultivate creative, critical and strategic thinking. In my work with clients I’m known for my warm, inquisitive, honest, and highly-attuned presence, in which my skillful communication and active listening quickly builds rapport. Though we may tackle tough topics, we can still have fun as we work to think outside the box and explore big aspirations
